Vumatel is experiencing a technical fault impacting their customers in Cape Town - we are liaising with them to identify where on the network the issue lies and how long the Estimate Time To Resolution will be. Once we have received this information we will relay it to affected clients

Vumatel have identified an issue with their master network node in Cape Town which is impacting client connectivity. This is causing major packet loss and frequent disconnects, and occasionally complete disconnections for all clients in the Western Cape. We await Vumatel's ETTR and will update with more information as received
